If you or someone you know would like to take part in our free music sessions for older adults, please get in touch!
The sessions take place regularly in community venues in Trafford and south Manchester, and involve exploring music, singing, playing percussion instruments and writing new songs with the support of professional musicians from String of Hearts. No musical experience is required to participate.
Everyone who participates is involved in designing and guiding the content of sessions, by sharing their thoughts and ideas. Our aim is to have fun, meet new people and get creative.
